Exciting new tours to be launched following the strategic partnership agreement between Sun World and Vietravel

On March 11, in Ho Chi Minh City, Sun World - the entertainment brand belonging to Sun Group and Vietravel Corporation (Vietnam Transportation Marketing and Tourism Joint Stock Company) - an established travel brand under Vietravel Group, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation. This marks an important strategic partnership step, jointly promoting Vietnam's tourism and offering customers numerous unique products along with attractive incentives.

Under the cooperation agreement, Vietravel officially becomes the strategic partner of Sun World in both domestic and international markets. Vietravel will distribute tickets to Sun World’s tourism complexes through its sales system, providing customers with exciting experiences at leading entertainment destinations. Additionally, Vietravel will design and propose promotional tour programs that include entrance tickets to Sun World attractions. To support this, Sun World will provide exclusive "Wow Pass" priority access pricing for Vietravel’s promotional tours and complimentary priority lane access for MICE groups of 300 guests or more.

Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate to enhance customer benefits, with a particular focus on loyal customers. This includes fixed benefits for membership tiers and promotional campaign-specific offers, aiming to elevate customer experience and brand image. The expected minimum total volume for 2025 is 120,000 visitors to Sun World's tourism complexes, facilitating greater access to high-quality services for both domestic and international travelers. 

In addition to collaborating on the ticket distribution process, Vietravel and Sun World will jointly implement various communication and marketing initiatives to enhance brand recognition for both parties. Accordingly, Vietravel and Sun World will work together on multi-channel promotional campaigns, including digital platforms, social media, and mass media, to deliver accurate and engaging information about each party’s products and services.

Furthermore, Vietravel will leverage its media channels to promote Sun World’s tourism complexes to potential customers, particularly international travelers. At the same time, Sun World and Vietravel will coordinate efforts to organize promotional programs, roadshows, and fam trips for customers and partners, offering them fresh and exciting experiences at Sun World’s entertainment and leisure destinations.

The partnership between Vietravel and Sun World not only brings significant benefits to both parties but also delivers added value directly to customers. Travelers will have the opportunity to experience Sun World’s tourism complexes at special discounted rates when joining tours organized by Vietravel. They will also enjoy a range of high-quality services, carefully designed for maximum convenience and an enhanced experience.

Additionally, customers will have access to exclusive promotions and special offers available only to Vietravel Corp and Sun Group clients. Through this collaboration, travelers can easily access premium travel packages that include admission to top-tier entertainment destinations, ensuring a seamless and fulfilling journey.
