As part of the series of events under the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) Congress, the FIATA World Congress 2025 officially opened on the morning of October 8 in Ha Noi.

Hosted by the Viet Nam Logistics Business Association (VLA) in collaboration with FIATA and international partners, the event carries the theme “Green and Resilient Logistics.” It aims to promote green transformation, enhance the adaptability of global supply chains, and reaffirm the vital role of logistics in sustainable development. This is the largest annual event of the global logistics industry and is being held in Viet Nam for the first time—marking an important milestone in the country’s deepening integration into the global logistics network.

On October 8 in Ha Noi, FIATA inaugurated the FIATA World Congress 2025 Exhibition.

This year’s Congress is expected to gather over 1,200 delegates from 150 countries and territories, including government leaders, heads of national logistics associations, representatives of international organizations, policymakers, experts, and businesses across logistics, transport, import–export, and technology sectors. The event offers a unique opportunity for Viet Nam to showcase its logistics capabilities, expand international partnerships, and foster innovation within the industry.

Running over five days from October 6 to 10, the FIATA World Congress 2025 features a rich agenda of meetings, conferences, and exhibitions that have attracted strong attention from the business community. Beyond providing a platform for brand promotion, the event also serves as a gateway for enterprises to connect and engage with international markets.

Mr. Turgut Erkeskin, President of FIATA, delivered the opening speech at the exhibition.
