Mi Quang - National intangible cultural heritage
The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism on August 9 issued Decision No. 2327, officially recognizing the folk knowledge of the central province of Quang Nam’s Mi Quang (Quang Nam-style noodle soup) as part of the national intangible cultural heritage list.
