GDVC instructs on importing goods as promotional gifts

The General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has instructed enterprises on importing goods as promotional gifts.

Goods which are lent and are not imported to Vietnam are non-taxable

According to regulations, goods that are purchased and used abroad and are not imported to Vietnam will not pay import tax and VAT.
