Voters across the country enthusiastically participated in the national election day

Party and State leaders cast their votes for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term on the morning of March 15th, together with voters around the country. Approximately 79 million people nationwide exercised their right to vote on election day, selecting 500 delegates for the 16th National Assembly as well as representatives for People's Councils at the province and commune levels. The voting duration was from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM.

In the atmosphere of excitement as voters nationwide looked forward to the great national event, on the morning of March 14th, in Buon Don commune (Dak Lak province), Polling Station No. 09 solemnly held the opening ceremony for the early election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.
