Le Trung Dung, an official from the Centre for E-commerce and Digital Technology Development under the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, Ministry of Industry and Trade, emphasised that in the era of rapid global digital transformation, AI is regarded as a “golden key” for Vietnamese enterprises to enhance competitiveness, innovate business models, and pursue sustainable growth.
He noted that the Department has launched numerous training programmes and support initiatives to help young people and startups access and apply AI in practical settings—particularly in e-commerce, media, and content creation.

He reaffirmed the Department’s commitment to supporting young innovators by creating opportunities to learn, experiment, and apply AI in real-world scenarios—empowering them to master technology and build creative business models.
Sharing his perspective on the future of content creation in the AI era, Hoang Manh Ha, Deputy General Director of Accesstrade Viet Nam, affirmed that AI plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and improving the quality of corporate media.
He explained that AI tools not only reduce content production time but also unlock new creative possibilities, helping businesses refine communication strategies and expand customer engagement.

Technologies such as AI, short-form video, livestreaming, and online monetisation models are expected to continue evolving rapidly, offering abundant opportunities for both businesses and content creators.
Hoang Manh Ha stressed that AI is not a replacement for human creativity but a tool that empowers individuals to be more innovative and efficient.
To fully embrace the digital transformation, he advised aspiring content creators to focus on three key areas: mastering AI tools and digital skills; investing in experience and academic knowledge to deepen content quality; and developing a clear vision for personal business models that convert creativity into sustainable value.

From a creator’s standpoint, Bui Hoang Le, Director of Talent House at Accesstrade Viet Nam, shared that AI tools have significantly helped KOC (Key Opinion Consumers), particularly students and young entrepreneurs, to streamline content production, improve visual quality, and tailor experiences to individual viewers.
Since 2019, Le has been a pioneer in affiliate marketing, mentoring generations of content creators across prominent communities such as DC Idol, Ong Giao Review, and KOC Viet Nam.
Through her collaboration with creators, she observed that AI has revolutionised affiliate marketing models—enabling data-driven analysis, optimised promotional strategies, and improved revenue efficiency.

She concluded that the fusion of creative thinking and AI tools will be instrumental in helping KOCs, students, and young entrepreneurs build sustainable income streams and establish their presence in the fast-growing digital content landscape.
