LIVABLE PROJECT PROGRAM 2025: Honoring Sustainable Living Values

The award ceremony for livable projects became a highlight, honoring high quality living spaces that contribute to shaping the urban landscape of Vietnam.

Forum "The Real Estate Market in the New Phase - Awarding Certificates for Livable Projects 2025" was held on the morning of December 25, 2025, at the JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel, by the Business Forum Magazine under the direction of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Within this event, the award ceremony for livable projects became a highlight, honoring high quality living spaces that contribute to shaping the urban landscape of Vietnam.

Now in its eighth year, the Liveable Project Program continues to affirm its role as a benchmark for recognizing sustainable and human projects. Awarded projects not only meet requirements for infrastructure, amenities, and facilities, but also demonstrate harmony with the environment and community, aiming to improve the quality of urban life.

Journalist Nguyen Linh Anh, Editor-in-Chief of the Business Forum Magazine and Journalist Pham The Nam, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Business Forum Magazine presented commemorative plaques to express gratitude to the Expert Pannel and independent experts of the Livable Project Program.

For businesses and project developers, the livable project certification is seen as a recognition of their long-term investment strategy and responsible approach. At the same time, it serves as motivation for them to continue improving the quality of their projects in the future, working together to build increasingly civilized and livable cities.
