Residence: No. 7, Alley 95, Linh Lang, Cống Vị, Ba Đình, Hanoi.

He passed away at 2:37 AM on August 5, 2024 (lunar date: July 2, year of Giáp Thìn), at the age of 64.

The funeral and memorial services will be held according to the high-level State funeral rites at 1:30 PM on August 8, 2024, at the National Funeral Hall, No. 5 Trần Thánh Tông, Hai Bà Trưng, Hanoi.

The cremation service will take place at 3:30 PM on August 8, 2024 at the Hoàn Vũ Cremation Center, Vạn Điển, Hanoi.

The memorial and burial services in his hometown will take place from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM on August 9, 2024, at Đông Hồ village, Thụy Phong commune, Thái Thụy district, Thái Bình province.
