PCI 2022: Quang Ninh won the championship for 6 years in a row

Quang Ninh has won the PCI 2022 championship for the sixth year in a row.

Quang Ninh remains the leading province in the PCI Index in 2021, with a composite PCI score of 73.02 points in 2022. As a result, Quang Ninh has been the champion of this index for six years in a row. Bac Giang follows Quang Ninh in second place in the PCI 2022 rating with an amazing score of 72.8 points. Dong Thap was scored highly in a variety of transparency metrics, including access to legal papers (ranked 2/63), access to planning documents (ranked 7/63), and the quality of the province web site (ranked 7/63).
