We are very grateful for the affection and contribution of the entrepreneurs and business associations. During the COVID-19 epidemic, businessmen have made active, timely, and effective contributions to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic. Until now, we have fundamentally controlled a very fast and dangerous outbreak of the Delta variant. The Government also thanked entrepreneurs, businesses, business associations for their trust and encourgement for the Party and State, especially the Government. Therefore, we feel more responsible for our obligations to the country, the people, and the business community. We found that businesses are always the center of every policy" the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister also emphasized: "Benefits must be harmonized, risks must be shared". However, there are still things that have been done and things that have not been done, for both subjective and objective reasons. The Government also looks at it objectively and frankly to find solutions to overcome its limit  ations and shortcomings to try its best for the country and the people, including businesses.

In addition, the Prime Minister acknowledged that the current difficulties are so enormous in both spiritual and material terms, both in terms of capital and labor market, among other issues. “We understand and share these things, and the more we understand and share, the more we will appreciate the contributions of entrepreneurs. So, we will try to solve our inadequacies," said the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister called for unity, determination of people and entreprises to promote the spirit of great national unity, the spirit of overcoming difficulties and challenges, contributing to realizing the goal of building a powerful and prosperous country, bringing happiness and prosperity to the people.

Despite many difficulties caused by COVID-19, we have successfully implemented Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 of the National Assembly. In addition, the Government issued many policies such as Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP on supporting employees and employers; Decree 52/2021/ND-CP on tax and land rental extension; Resolution No. 116/NQ-CP on support policy for employees and employers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic from the Unemployment Insurance Fund, etc. It is the efforts of the Party and State. "Although these policies have not yet compensated the losses caused by the epidemic, we expect the entrepreneur and business community to share with the Party and the State on this issue," the Prime Minister emphasized.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with entrepreneurs on the occasion of the Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13).

The Prime Minister said that in the coming time, the most important thing is to control the epidemic for socio-economic development. “We summarized some pillars: first, to prevent the epidemic, social distancing and lockdown must be fastest and strictest. Second, we have to do testing for coronavirus quickly, scientifically, safely, and effectively. Third, the COVID-19 treatment must be the fastest, the earliest, right at the facility”, said Prime Minister.

At the same time, we continue to implement the 5k message plus vaccination strategy - this is a weapon to prevent epidemics. Recently, technology has helped us safety amid COVID-19, but it must be combined with the responsibility and awareness of the people to fight the epidemic and confidently reopen the economy.

Another thing that the Government is doing is making contact with the business community in Europe, Asia, the US, etc. to continue importing vaccines and manufacturing vaccines domestically. This is also a great desire of businesses and people. With great efforts of the Party and State, we have imported a large volume of vaccines, and entrepreneurs will be prioritized to use these vaccines. The government also set out a plan that by the fourth quarter of this year at the latest, vaccine coverage for priority subjects will be completed.
