STARTUP FESTIVAL 2024: Awards Presented to Winners of the National Startup Program 2024
The Startup Festival 2024 honored outstanding projects from the National Startup Program, promoting creativity and innovation.
On December 14, amidst an atmosphere filled with entrepreneurial enthusiasm and ambition, the Startup Festival 2024 honored the authors of the best projects from the National Startup Program. Aimed at fostering the entrepreneurial spirit and helping startups access essential resources, this year’s program attracted numerous innovative projects.
After rigorous selection rounds, the Top 10 projects had the opportunity to pitch their ideas before a panel of judges, competing for the top awards, including First, Second, Third, and Encouragement prizes. This promising platform opens international opportunities for potential projects, contributing to Vietnam’s standing in the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).
Mr. Pham Tat Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee and Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, and Mr. Bui Trung Nghia, Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), presented flowers and certificates to the First Prize-winning project, "Global Breadfruit - Vietnamese Breadfruit: A Seven-Layer Food Forest."
Journalist Nguyen Linh Anh, Editor-in-Chief of Business Forum Magazine, and Mr. Tran Van Dat, Director of the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs, Ministry of Education and Training, presented flowers and certificates to the two Second Prize-winning projects.
Journalist Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Business Forum Magazine, and Mr. Duong Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of DOJI Group, presented flowers and certificates to the three Third Prize-winning projects.
Mr. Dam Quang Thang, Chairman of the National Startup Innovation Advisory Board (VSMA) and CEO of The BizCare Space Innovation Incubator, along with Mr. Huynh Thanh Van, Chairman of the Southern Startup Advisory and Support Council and Chairman of the Board of Directors of S Furniture JSC, presented Encouragement Prizes to four projects.
Representatives of the organizing committee joined the Top 10 winning teams from the National Startup Program 2024 for commemorative photos.
