According to the Secretary-General of VCCI, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Anh, during the first half of the XVth National Assembly's term, the legislative activities of the National Assembly have been continuously renewed, with timely and flexible responses, increasingly meeting the practical requirements of life.

"The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry highly appreciates the organization of the first national conference to implement the laws and resolutions of the XVth National Assembly," said VCCI Secretary-General Tran Thi Lan Anh.

VCCI Secretary-General Tran Thi Lan Anh assessed that the process of implementing the law is an important stage for businesses and citizens to timely identify obstacles, limit  ations, and resolve shortcomings, thereby making suggestions and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement and continuously improve the legal system to better suit practical needs, and meet the requirements of economic and social development.

In recent times, VCCI has actively organized activities to implement the laws and resolutions of the National Assembly, as well as state laws within the business community. The main activities include disseminating legal documents to businesses at the local level, organizing training and consulting activities for businesses during implementation, monitoring legal enforcement activities in state agencies, and reviewing shortcomings during the implementation process.

Based on the feedback from businesses, associations, and local authorities, VCCI has identified specific overlaps and obstacles in the laws related to investment, land, and construction for state agencies to review and come up with solutions to resolve.

"VCCI has also participated in reviewing legal normative documents, synthesizing feedback from businesses and localities to compile reports and make recommendations for amending legal normative documents," said VCCI Secretary-General Tran Thi Lan Anh.

According to VCCI Secretary-General Tran Thi Lan Anh, these activities have played a significant role in promoting the legal reform process, creating a favorable business environment for enterprises, and affirming the role of the business community in monitoring legal enforcement to drive reform.

However, VCCI's Secretary-General believes that there is still inconsistency in understanding and applying the law among different localities, and there are many overlaps and contradictions in legal provisions, causing difficulties for businesses. "Therefore, this issue needs attention, rectification, and avoidance of hindrances in law enforcement," recommended VCCI Secretary-General Tran Thi Lan Anh.
