Capacity Expansion Roadmap: Strategic Vision to 2050

1. Pho Hien Water Plant System (Pho Hien 1 Pho Hien 2)

Located in a central development hub, the Pho Hien cluster is equipped with advanced treatment technologies: Phase I (to 2030): Capacity to reach 48,000 m³/day, and Phase II (to 2050): Capacity projected to reach an impressive 90,000 m³/day. This growth ensures a sufficient supply for the entire former Hung Yen City area and its environs, boosting cultural tourism and urban services.

2. Khoai Chau Water Plant

The Khoai Chau Water Plant serves the company’s designated areas in Khoai Chau, Kim Dong, and former An Thi districts. As this region experiences rapid industrialization, the capacity expansion plan is being executed decisively: Phase I (to 2030) capacity of 30,000 m³/day.

Phase II (to 2050) scaling up to 90,000 m³/day. At this scale, the plant will become a vital "clean energy hub," meeting the massive demand from future industrial clusters and major real estate projects.
