Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the FIATA World Congress 2025

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh spoke at the FIATA World Congress 2025 on the afternoon of October 8.

The Prime Minister affirmed that the FIATA World Congress 2025 is not only an opportunity for the global logistics business community to meet, connect, cooperate, and exchange experiences, but also a forum for us to discuss new trends and find creative solutions towards a modern, green and resilient logistics industry with a higher adaptability to the current ever-changing world situation.

"The international community in general and the global logistics industry in particular have a strong belief in Vietnam's role, potential, and development aspirations in the logistics sector, as evidenced by FIATA's selection of Vietnam as the host country for this year's congress and Hanoi as the venue," the Prime Minister underlined.

FIATA World Congress 2025 is hosted by the Vietnam Logistics Association (VLA), in collaboration with FIATA and international partners. With the theme “Green and Resilient Logistics”, the event aims to promote green transformation, enhance the adaptability of the supply chain and affirm the role of logistics in sustainable development. This is the largest annual event of the global logistics industry, held for the first time in Vietnam, marking an important step in the journey of deep integration of the Vietnamese logistics industry with the world.

This year, the Congress was attended by more than 1,000 delegates from more than 100 countries and territories. Participants included leaders of countries, leaders of international associations, leaders of international organizations, policymakers, experts, logistics, transportation, import-export and technology enterprises from all continents. This was an opportunity for Vietnam to promote its logistics capacity, expand cooperation and promote innovation in the logistics industry.

In the FIATA World Congress 2025 will last 5 days from October 6 to 10, along with a series of activities, seminars and exhibitions.

"In the vision to bring logistics to a new level, Vietnam is an emerging destination and logistics center at the crossroads of the supply chain, in which the development of seaports, combined with other infrastructure and supply connections, is an evidence to the effectiveness of integration, showing that there are many specific goals that have been demonstrated in Vietnam," Mr. Turgut Erkeskin shared.

FIFA is prepared to help Vietnam join the global supply chain and have access to banking and financial services so that it may enter the global economic market.

FIFA will join with domestic and international organizations, especially the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), to enhance sustainable development of the logistics industry, thereby making business easier.
