VCCI arranges a market survey for business leaders in the US market

Businesses have obtained significant insights through a practical survey program developed by VCCI to deepen and enhance their presence in the US  market.

The working session was attended by Mr. Mark Chandler, Director of the Economic and International Trade Department of San Francisco City; Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Vice Chairman of VCCI; Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Consul General of Vietnam in San Francisco

On the afternoon of November 8, an exchange took place at the headquarters of the San Francisco City Hall (U.S.) with the topic "Building Effective Business Strategies Through Innovation and Technology Application: Lessons from the U.S. Market."

Mr. Mark Chandler, Director of the San Francisco City Government's Economic and International Trade Department; Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI); Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Consul General of Vietnam in San Francisco (U.S.), as well as economic counselors and representatives from the Vietnam Trade Office in the U.S., took part in the program. VCCI also arranged a delegation of business leaders to engage in this event.

The program provides valuable information to help the Vietnamese business delegation gain deeper insights into the U.S. market.

This is an experience learning and survey program offered by VCCI in the United States to assist Vietnamese business leaders in gaining deeper insights into the industry and thus developing successful business strategies for this highly prospective market. The VCCI 2023 Survey Program also intends to help organizations establish successful business strategies through innovation and technology application, based on lessons learned from the US market.

Specifically, from November 3-13, officials from Vietnamese organizations, agencies, and corporations will participate in a variety of educational programs to improve their understanding of the US market. Working with trade and investment promotion organizations in New York, collaborating with the Vietnamese Embassy and Trade Office in Washington D.C., engaging with San Francisco City Hall, visiting Silicon Valley, participating in direct business networking activities, market surveys, exploring new collaboration and investment opportunities, and learning about the history, culture, and architecture of the United States through famous landmarks are examples of these activities.

Businesses expect to formulate suitable business strategies in the U.S. market following this series of programs.

Furthermore, enterprises can seek possibilities through Vietnam's representative offices in the United States to locate commercial partners, share collaboration prospects, seek project funding, and explore import-export routes to the United States.

Following hearing business leaders' aspirations to seek opportunities for collaboration with US partners, the Ambassador and economic representatives of Vietnam shared information about the current state of bilateral investment cooperation between Vietnam and the US, addressing existing limit ations that business leaders can overcome to enhance opportunities and cooperation. As a result, corporate executives and organizations felt more certain and confident as they approached this ground-breaking industry.

The initiative, according to VCCI, would link values and develop the network of US agencies and enterprises interested in the Vietnamese market. Businesses will be able to investigate and assess cutting-edge technology and developing trends in order to apply them correctly to the reality of Vietnam.
